With us, you have the world's most fun part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities as well as providing experiences and merits to work with leadership and groups.

We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1-4 years. We are looking for you who:

• Love working with children
• Have rhythm and movement in your body
• Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or have a long sports background and have been a leader for children in another context (e.g. preschool, school, babysitting)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt?

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with a ball. Here we mix various sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a ready-made session plan which means that all sports courses, exercises, and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus all your attention on spreading wonderful movement joy!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and you will be part of a fantastic leadership team of over 400 leaders.

You will simply have the world's most fun part-time job that gives you experiences and merits working with children's groups. You will lead and be responsible for the Knatteskutt activities in one of our Gothenburg areas.

Info about the employment:

• Hourly employment
• The work will take place during spring 2026 starting week 5.
• The sessions are scheduled on weekdays between 17-19 or daytime on weekends.
• Approx. 1-4h/week.

MERIT: You are welcome to study to become (or have completed) a preschool teacher or similar education. You may have attended an aesthetic program in high school, worked as a group training instructor, have another dance education, or similar. This is not a requirement to apply, you can still have the right personality.
